In-depth discussion on your health, dietary, metabolic, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities. After discussing everything above, we can explain the science while showing you the practical application for your lifestyle.

 

We hear you out, see where you're at, and LISTEN to your concerns, so we can determine and teach you exactly how to get you where you want to be!

Personalized Training Program​

When choosing to work with us on training as well, we’ll dive into every detail that maps out a successful program and ensure YOU have the right tools to see success in the gym. Volume, Intensity, and Frequency that match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities. Periodized training cycles to progress you properly to your goal. Coaching that allows you to understand how to properly execute movements, getting the most out of the training while avoiding injuries. Specific programming detail, to eliminate confusion and educate you on WHY this works (i.e. - order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, rest periods, substitutions, and everything in between).

 

This includes AT HOME workouts for when you cannot get to the gym. The Training Process is PERSONALIZED to your needs.

This is the glue that holds the strategies together. You’ll receive weekly updates, assessments and adjustments, to ensure your program is on point and progressing properly. You’ll have 24-7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. Daily and weekly accountability tracking forms for constant and consistent progress and support. Bi-Weekly Check-in phone call or Skype call (optional package) and more… our goal is to customize the accountability, to fit your needs.

I will adjust your training program to what you have available at your current location as well as help you come up with an appropriate nutritional strategy to enjoy the area while keeping your diet on track.
